KCMF1, also known as FIGC, PCMF, DEBT91, can activate ubiquitin protein ligase. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of HRI mediated signaling, proteasome mediated ubiquitin dependent protein catabolism, and protein polyubiquitination.
