产品概述

The kinesins constitute a large family of microtubule-dependent motor proteins, which are responsible for the distribution of numerous organelles, vesicles and macromolecular complexes throughout the cell. This protein is an ATP dependent microtubule-based motor protein that is involved in the intracellular transport of membranous organelles. KIF4A and KIF4B are motor proteins that translocate PRC1 to interlocking spindle microtubules during the metaphase to anaphase transition of cytokinesis. KIF4A and KIF4B may participate in mitotic chromosomal positioning and bipolar spindle stabilization.
